The special functions of stainless steel pipes are:
1. Corrosion resistance: Due to the thin protective film formed on the surface of 316ti stainless steel, although this protective film is about 3 × 10-6 millimeters, it is very strong and even if damaged, it can be regenerated immediately with oxygen around it to prevent rusting. As long as the characteristics of stainless steel are known and used correctly, there is almost no need to worry about rusting under less corrosive conditions such as water pipes or hot water up to 100 ℃. There is also no need to worry about the occurrence of common "rust protrusions" in galvanized steel pipes, such as a decrease in inner diameter or an increase in resistance, which can achieve unobstructed water flow.
2. The cleaning is reliable and there is no need to worry about red or green water.
3. Due to its lightweight design, it can be easily transferred and constructed while reducing costs.
Thin walled 316ti stainless steel pipes, due to their excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, only require about one-third of the thickness of galvanized steel pipes. Therefore, the weight of the pipes has greatly decreased, and the cost has also decreased, making transfer easier and equipment more convenient.
